Offline programming of industrial robotics is a method of remote configuration of automated equipment that can significantly reduce equipment downtime and eliminate temporary losses. Programming of robots and other equipment is carried out inside a pre-calibrated simulation model, which ensures 100% repeatability in reality. This method is especially useful when implementing complex projects, in a limited space or vice versa, when the processed area exceeds tens of meters, in addition, we use offlineprogramming when processing a large number of different parts — this allows to set up a new program offline during ongoing processing in reality.
